You must submit the following documents before the registration date:

• A copy of your I-94 card (white card in passport)

• A copy of all I-20’s

• A copy of your passport data pages

• The F-1 student School Transfer Certification Form [PDF] signed by your school’s advisor.

• Proof of financial support (See financial documentation)

You must submit proof of your ability to support yourself in the U.S. by submitting the following as appropriate:

SELF SPONSORED:

• An official bank letter on bank letterhead in your name with a minimum balance of $13,500.00

OTHER SPONSOR:

• A notarized Affidavit of Support [PDF] and the following:

• Sponsor’s bank letter with a minimum balance of $13,500.00 (no more than 6 months old)

and

• A letter from the sponsor’s employer on company letterhead stating job title, salary and whether the employment is permanent.

or

• Sponsor’s tax returns from the previous year only if the sponsor is SELF-EMPLOYED.
