Each term TELC also offers Workshop Services for students. These free one-hour workshops help students with important issues such as college preparation, opening a bank account, or applying to CUNY. For more information about free workshops, visit the office, Room C-354.

GETTING A STUDENT ID (back to top)

New students can get LaGuardia College photo IDs on particular dates announced at the beginning of each term. Please go to the office for information about getting an ID. College photo IDs must be validated at the ID Office C101, every spring and fall term, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. These IDs allow students to enter the library, use open computer labs, and use the pool and gym for an extra fee. Students sometimes use the IDs to get discount prices to movies, museums, and plays.
