What is the Language Clinic?

The Language Clinic helps you improve your ability to communicate in English by offering:
  • Extra practice in writing, grammar,
    pronunciation and conversation.
  • More opportunities to speak in a relaxed, comfortable environment.
  • Individual and small group instruction.

Clinic Coordinator and TELC Instructor
Gisa Johnston leads a discussion group

How can I participate?
  • The Clinic is open on Monday through Thursday from 1:15 to 2:15.
  • The Clinic meets in various C-building classrooms.
  • Tuesday & Thursday Conversation: Your teacher can refer you to the conversation clinic OR you can sign up on the bulletin board located outside the lobby of C-354.
  • Monday & Wednesday Writing:
Due to limited space, you must be referred to the writing clinic by the Coordinator.
A level 10 student helps a level 1
